PyD launches new business unit through Twelve Beauty acquisition
The PyD group's new independent unit will focus on conscious beauty, responsible innovation, and international expansion

Spanish group PyD has taken a strategic step forward following its majority stake acquisition of Twelve Beauty, a skincare brand founded in 2012 by pharmacist and PhD in cosmetic science Pedro Catalá.
This move marks the beginning of a new independent business unit within the group, focused on conscious beauty, responsible innovation, and international expansion.
