Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport welcomes Toronto’s Pilot Coffee Roasters to transborder lounge
The new café underlines the airport’s commitment to celebrating the local Toronto community and continually raising the bar on the passenger experience

Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport is set to welcome Pilot Coffee Roasters specialty cafe in the transborder lounge this winter.
With origins in the iconic Leslieville neighborhood, and a reputation for sourcing and serving coffee from world-class producers, Pilot Coffee Roasters’ arrival at YTZ is emblematic of the airport’s commitment to celebrating the local Toronto community and continually raising the bar on the passenger experience.
Since 2009, Pilot Coffee Roasters has been a leader in Canada’s specialty coffee industry. Following a direct trade sourcing philosophy, they roast to reflect the skill and care of the farmer, as well as the natural qualities of its origin. Their cafes are enjoyed across Toronto, Oakville, and Waterloo, and YTZ is set to be their 12th location.
