Frankfurt Airport VIP Services introduced a range of new services in 2025

Frankfurt Airport VIP Services celebrated a milestone year in 2025, with the introduction of a range of new services to enhance traveler comfort and convenience.

Among the additions, the launch of an original Mercedes Maybach added to the existing luxury fleet that marked a notable upgrade in luxury transfers. VIP guests also benefited from personal shopping assistants that offered tailored retail experiences both in-lounge and across the airport, catering to multiple languages including German, English, Chinese, Hindi and Vietnamese. These enhancements complemented the lounge’s already high standard of service that combines discretion, efficiency and personalized attention.

“Looking back at 2025, we are proud of the milestones we have achieved, the partnerships we have strengthened, and the exceptional experiences we have created together,” said Verina Zimmerman, Head of Commercial and Sales for Frankfurt Airport VIP Services. “None of this would have been possible without the trust and support of our partners and customers.”

Exclusive luxury and global network

VIP guests at Frankfurt Airport enjoy a seamless experience from arrival to departure. Personal VIP agents escort travelers through their own security and passport control, provide access to private suites, and coordinate exclusive limousine transfers. The airport’s fleet, fully converted to electric and hybrid vehicles in 2024, includes BMW i7s, Mercedes EQVs, Maybach S580s and Bentley Flying Spurs, as well as the introduction of the new original Mercedes Maybach.

Beyond transportation, Frankfurt Airport’s VIP Terminal hosts events for up to 100 guests in over 1,700 square meters of elegantly designed lounges and suites. Curated culinary experiences, live music, flight simulator sessions and private airport tours can be arranged for both business and leisure travelers. Longstanding partnerships, such as with Wempe, offer VIPs in-lounge access to fine timepieces and jewelry. Some luxury brands are available directly in the VIP rooms, while brands such as Cartier, Hermès, and Loewe are only a few meters away. Guests can be accompanied to the shops and brought back to the VIP area after shopping.

Strategic partnerships and looking to 2026

In 2025, Frankfurt Airport VIP Services' collaboration with travel retail business consultancy Blueprint was also strengthened. “It is a privilege for us at Blueprint to collaborate with Frankfurt Airport VIP Services, which is a benchmark for how premium services can elevate the entire airport experience: discreet luxury, worldclass hospitality and a strong sense of place that feel seamless and genuinely welcoming," says Thomas Kaneko Henningsen, Partner at Blueprint.

As Frankfurt Airport VIP Services looks ahead to 2026, Zimmerman highlighted the team’s ongoing commitment: “Your confidence in us motivates our team every day to deliver outstanding service and memorable moments. We look forward to another successful year ahead to continue to grow and reach new heights together.”
