Victorinox strengthens travel retail team with new hires in LATAM & EMEA
Bringing valuable experience from their respective markets, the brand welcomes Adriana Hepke, Laura Motta Lopez and Wanda Morales Rodriguez to the team

Victorinox has bolstered its travel retail team with three key appointments in Latin America and EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa). Adriana Hepke joins as Senior Regional Manager Travel Retail EMEA, Laura Motta Lopez assumes the role of Senior Regional Manager Travel Retail LATAM and Wanda Morales Rodriguez has been named Commercial Leader Travel Retail LATAM.

As Senior Regional Manager Travel Retail EMEA, Adriana will lead regional initiatives, manage key accounts and oversee strategic execution across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Reporting to Gloria Dix, Head of Global Travel Retail & Fragrance Sales, Adriana will continue to shape the EMEA strategy, focusing on customer engagement, innovative expansion and sustainable growth. Adriana joins Victorinox from Montblanc where she spent ten years working in several travel retail roles.

As Senior Regional Manager Travel Retail LATAM, Laura leads the commercial strategy across the region, increasing brand presence, sales, and wholesale performance. Laura has spent more than a decade working for premium and prestige brands, including Puig and Dior, across LATAM. She has a strong background in sales management, business development, and key partnerships in markets such as Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Peru.

In the role of Commercial Leader Travel Retail LATAM, Wanda is tasked with supporting commercial growth across 13 countries, coordinating product strategy, training, learning and development, and execution of market activations with travel retail partners across the region. Her remit covers over 45 commercial points across key countries such as Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Panama and Peru. Wanda has over eight years’ experience in training, mentoring, and team development, and has led regional training efforts for over ten countries in LATAM.
