Each store offers a curated experience for consumers.
Jo Malone London celebrates the opening of its newest boutique in Heathrow Terminal 2, a striking showcase of British craftsmanship and personalized gifting that sets a new standard for luxury travel retail. The open storefront design ensures effortless access from all directions of travel, creating a seamless and inviting experience, and leveraging its prime position as the first retail destination to greet passengers after security. At the heart of the space stands a floor-to-ceiling Gifting & Personalization cabinet, prominently framed on the rear wall. This striking centerpiece celebrates the brand’s most recognizable icon – the Jo Malone London gift box – and showcases the artistry of bespoke gifting that lies at the core of the brand’s philosophy.

The brand also unveils two newly renovated stores, located in Heathrow Terminals 3 and 5, inspired by the brand’s British charm.
• In Terminal 3, timeless British style meets contemporary design with a store inspired by Jo Malone London’s iconic Marylebone townhouse, where classic finishes are complemented by modern textures and fabrics. The layout invites passengers to explore, with playful architectural forms and contrasting backdrops that create a sense of depth and discovery.
• In Terminal 5, a bespoke concept celebrates Jo Malone London’s British heritage. A natural color palette sets a calm, welcoming tone, while an intuitive layout supports fast-paced travelers. Clearly defined scent families and immersive storytelling elements – like whimsical props– bring Jo Malone London’s most-loved collections to life in a uniquely engaging way.
Estée Lauder introduces a newly renovated space in Heathrow Terminal 3, designed to elevate beauty and wellbeing for the traveling consumer.
• Drawing on Estée Lauder’s night skin science expertise, with a carefully curated menu of personalized services spanning skin care, makeup and fragrance, consumers can indulge in a journey of exploration.
• In the calm of a dedicated treatment area, passengers are invited to experience Re-Nutriv Age Reversal treatments, inspired by the brand’s cutting-edge Skin Longevity Science. Beauty advisors also work with each guest to co-create high-performance evening rituals tailored to individual skin needs.
• Additional services, such as foundation-matching, allow every visit to be tailored to individual preferences – whether enhancing a travel routine, finding a thoughtful gift, or enjoying a moment of self-care.
M·A·C Cosmetics unveils bold, visually striking retail experiences located in Heathrow Terminals 3 and 5.
• Dedicated makeup stations, emphasizing M·A·C’s renowned artistry, invite discerning travelers to enjoy pre-flight makeovers, recharge devices, and personalize their experience with adjustable lighting – placing consumer comfort and service at the forefront.
• Interactive fixtures and a vibrant Lip Display Wall showcase MAC’s iconic product, including legendary shades like Ruby Woo and Velvet Teddy, encouraging consumer engagement and discovery.

In Heathrow Terminal 3, the immersive makeup experience seamlessly continues with an elevated Bobbi Brown Cosmetics counter, offering travelers immersive retail experiences and personalized beauty services.
• A large gondola features Bobbi Brown’s signature foundation bar and vibrant lip display, combining illuminated reeded glass with stylish, muted merchandising to draw customers in.
• Behind the gondola, travelers can enjoy personalized Bobbi Brown signature services in a dedicated consultation zone, set against a striking backwall and NYC-inspired campaign visuals.
