The best of English sparkling wines: Avolta highlights Chapel Down, Gusbourne and Nyetimber at Heathrow

English sparkling wine to the fore at the World Duty Free Store Heathrow Airport Terminal 5

Avolta, in partnership with Heathrow, is strengthening its premium drinks offer with a unique new campaign in its World Duty Free store at Heathrow Airport Terminal 5.

Running from November 2025 through to February 2026, the activation celebrates the festive season and beyond, with three of the country’s most renowned producers of English Sparkling Wine – Chapel Down, Gusbourne, and Nyetimber.

For the first time, travelers will discover these celebrated brands side by side, with tastings available to help them sample before purchasing, and experience for themselves the exceptional quality of the very best English Sparkling Wine. Every Friday, an artist will be in store to hand paint wooden gift tags with seasonal images, giving shoppers the chance to add a memorable and personal finishing touch to the bottles they are buying.

This collaboration showcases the prestige of English Sparkling Wine and demonstrates Avolta’s commitment to offering travelers exclusive, memorable experiences that go beyond shopping, while also championing British products in London-based Heathrow, the UK’s largest airport.

The activation offers gifting and personalization options
