A new addition to Spectrum of the Seas is a Fine Jewelry and Watch boutique bringing together Kering sister brands, Gucci and Qeelin

Starboard and Royal Caribbean International are celebrating the cruise line’s highly anticipated return to China with Spectrum of the Seas. The most innovative ship to sail in China is back with transformed retail offerings, featuring new brands, curated collections and immersive shopping experiences.

Lisa Bauer, Starboard’s President and CEO, said, “As a cruise retail leader in the Chinese market since 2006, we’re thrilled to continue our long-standing partnership with Royal Caribbean, curating an elevated retail program that captures the nation's rich heritage through carefully selected global and Asian brands, luxury designers, and engaging experiences that meet the sophisticated preferences of Chinese travelers. Spectrum of the Seas’ return is a significant milestone in the global cruise industry, signaling the positive momentum of the China market and consumers’ demand for cruising."

A new addition to Spectrum is a Fine Jewelry and Watch boutique bringing together Kering sister brands, Gucci and Qeelin. While the Chinese luxury consumer continues to fuel demand for the iconic jewelry designs from global brands like Gucci, they also, after 2020, have demonstrated a much stronger affinity to luxury brands of Chinese origin, with Qeelin rising to the top for Fine Jewelry.
