Harding+ and Pandora launch travel retail first with bespoke engraving machines at sea

Harding+, the world’s only 100% specialist cruise retailer, has announced a global first in travel retail: the launch of Pandora engraving machines onboard cruise, giving guests the chance to create bespoke, personalized jewelry pieces while at sea.
Following its debut in October, the service is now live across five ships – P&O Cruises' Arvia and Iona, Sun Princess, and Carnival Cruise Line’s Mardi Gras and Encounter. After debuting as a pop-up on P&O Cruises' Arvia, the concept has now expanded across select ships, giving guests an immersive and interactive way to create meaningful keepsakes of their cruise.
Alongside the new engraving machines, Pandora has expanded its collection with 12 new birthstone heart designs and a curated selection from the Pandora ME range a collection of gold jewelry that is all about individuality designed to inspire self-expression through playful and symbolic pieces.
Guests will have the opportunity to engrave initials, dates, messages, or even handwriting on to their selected piece making each piece entirely unique. The expanded collection means that whether celebrating an anniversary, capturing a child or grandchild’s writing, or simply marking the cruise itself, there is something special for everyone to take home.
This initiative also strengthens Pandora’s wider presence onboard Harding ships, where the brand already resonates strongly with cruise guests. The addition of engraving offers a new dimension to the Pandora experience, turning well-loved jewelry pieces into lasting memories of a special holiday experience.
