Nuxe aims to "shine in the sun" this summer
This summer will see the launch of Nuxe's first protective golden oil with sun protection, limited edition suncare products, a travel exclusive pack and more

The summer season is high season for the Nuxe suncare products that deliver our summer skincare routine, when they are very much front-of-mind with consumers. To meet this demand, our classic and new-for-summer 2025 suncare range will see upgraded suncare products, the launch of Nuxe’s first protective golden oil with sun protection, limited edition suncare products, a travel exclusive pack of five suncare products and a dedicated focus on Nuxe suncare in our in-store podiums and activations across European airports.
The highlight will be its new Nuxe Sun Gold Oils. For 2025, Nuxe hascapitalized on its glow expertise and brought suncare to the next level with new Nuxe Sun Gold Oils SPF30 & SPF50, a new generation of sunscreen with an ultra-addictive shimmery texture. This suncare innovation for all skin types and skin tones, not only protects the skin from the effects of the sun but also adds a beautifying glow to the skin. Its patented UVA/UVB/ Blue light technology behind the formula, and antioxidant extracts from rice and rosemary, combine to provide effective high sun and anti-aging cellular protection that helps prevent the dark spots of photo-aging. The oil's non-greasy and non-sticky golden texture also allows rapid absorption by the skin and Nuxe Sun’s own iconic scent, with notes of tiare, sweet orange and vanilla further heightens the sensorial appeal of the products.
Consistent with the brand's strong commitments to ensuring eco-sustainability, the pearly particles in its formula are of 100% natural origin and the water-resistant, clean formula that limits the dispersion of the product while bathing, has been tested in marine conditions to ensure it does no harm to the marine ecosystem.
For summer 2025 Nuxe has also created Nuxe Hair and Skin Mists, inspired by the consumer move towards lighter “watery” mists and away from heavy perfume, and the trend for layering different mists to create their own personal “scent”. The Sensual Era and Sunset Bliss versions of this latest addition to our suncare range will be introduced to travel retail this summer as limited-edition opportunities with Lagardere, Avolta and Aer Rianta.
For 2025 we have also upgraded the sun protection factor of our Melting Sun Cream and Melting Sun Lotion from SPF50 to SPF50+ and removed all plastic from our Nuxe Sunny Travels Pouch. This travel exclusive kit offers a selection of five Nuxe suncare products with captivating fragrances, for protected skin and a perfect tan and contains:
- A 50ml tube of High Protection Face Cream SPF 30 to protect the face from the sun’s rays
- A 30ml bottle of Delicious Perfuming Water with a design of sunset hues that captures the warm glow of summer
- A 50ml tube of After-Sun Fresh Milk formulated to calm down sun-exposed skin
- A 10ml mini bottle of Huile Prodigieuse® Multi-purpose Dry Oil Gold to provide long-lasting hydration for the face, body and hair
- A free 100ml tube of refreshing After-Sun Hair and Body Shampoo that removes UV filters, salt, chlorine and sand
