Tallink Silja Line's Club One loyalty program now offers its users more discounts and rewards

Tallink Silja Line has renewed its Club One loyalty program, offering new discount levels, better rewards, and a more personalized approach for nearly 3.5 million customers.

Tallink Silja Line said the renewal of the program marks an important step forward in rewarding customer loyalty and enhancing the travel experience across the Baltic Sea. Starting from October 28, all new features will be available to customers, including a new personal Club One number and a brand new reward system. All changes will take effect automatically and no action is needed from the customers.

"Club One is more than just a loyalty program – it is a gateway to the most enjoyable travel and hospitality experience in the Baltic Sea region,” commented Piret Mürk-Dubout, a member of the Tallink Grupp AS management board.

“As one of the largest cruise and ferry operators in the region, we recognize that passengers increasingly value personalized, flexible solutions. Our goal is to provide exceptional experiences across our extensive range of services, ensuring that our loyal customers enjoy the best possible benefits and positive surprises. A loyalty program that is more personalized and rewarding across our travel and onboard services, hotels and restaurants, better meets the needs of today’s travelers,” she added.

The Club One card is also available via the Tallink Silja Line app

To offer loyal customers even better benefits, the renewed Club One program features personal accounts, replacing the previous household-based system. This change enables Club One members to earn rewards based on their travel frequency in a whole new way.

There will now be four membership levels instead of three, with an additional Platinum level for the most loyal and frequent customers. No customer will lose their current membership level because of the changes; in fact, some may even move up to the next level. New members are welcomed with immediate access to member rates, variety of level benefits and exclusive partner perks.

The loyalty program continues to use a points system for travel and purchases, which can be redeemed for discounts. Members can easily access information about their membership level, benefits and personal travel rewards by logging in to their Club One account via the redesigned online portal or mobile app.

A new feature of the Club One program is that it now allows family groups of up to eight members to earn and use points together. Booking trips is quick and easy for family groups, and when children are added to the group, their points are added to the group total too.

Club One is one of the oldest and largest loyalty programs in the Baltic Sea region. Launched in 2007, it now has 3.47 million users, mainly in Finland, Estonia and Sweden.
