Molton Brown has enhanced its personalized gifting experience at its flagship travel retail location in London Heathrow Terminal 5 (T5), reinforcing its commitment to exceptional customer service and engagement.
Building on the company’s heritage as a gifting authority, the upgrade aims to help travelers find the perfect gift – the thoughtful, personal ‘I know you’ present – that conveys through fragrance the special relationship between the giver and recipient.
Following the continued success of Molton Brown’s complimentary fragrance engraving service, the T5 space now incorporates a bespoke gifting wall. Highlights include a carefully curated ribbon station, which allows shoppers to further personalize their gift purchases with matching decorative ribbon colors.
The revamped gifting experience incorporates a three-touchpoint journey designed to boost engagement and brand affinity. This begins with an expert fragrance consultation, to help customers discover the perfect gift (or self-gifting) scent. Next, a name or special message can be engraved directly onto the fragrance bottle, enhancing its emotional value. Finally, each gift is carefully boxed and tied with a decorative bow using the customer’s chosen ribbon.
To provide further gifting inspiration, a newly installed digital screen showcases Molton Brown’s latest creative campaigns. A current highlight is the pioneering Artists of Note series, which celebrates a selection of the brand’s iconic fragrances, including Recharge Black Pepper, Coastal Cypress & Sea Fennel, and Rose Dunes, through bold, expressive visual storytelling.
