Lacoste opens at Lott Duty Free's Myeong-dong store
Lotte Duty Free has opened a Lacoste store at the Korean travel retailer’s flagship Myeong-dong store in Seoul.
Located on the 9th floor, the store is the first in Korea to feature Lacoste’s new travel retail concept. Globally, it is the fourth store to feature the updated design, following openings at Paris Charles de Gaulle and Madrid airports, and at the cdf Haikou International Duty Free Shopping Complex in Hainan.
Lotte Duty Free also operates Lacoste stores in its World Tower, Busan branch and Jeju branches, with the brand gaining popularity among domestic and foreign customers.

The latest store features the Lacoste crocodile symbol in bold colors, and the opening is being marketed with promotions including Lacoste card wallets and socks on a first-come, first-served basis depending on the purchase amount.
A Lotte Duty Free representative said, “We are very meaningful in being the first in the domestic duty free industry to introduce a Lacoste store with a new travel retail concept. Lotte Duty Free Shop will continue to strengthen its product lineup to meet customers’ shopping demands and provide customer convenience.”
Lotte Duty Free online and offline stores are currently holding off-season events for various fashion brands, including Lacoste, Ami, Maison Kitsune and Hope, with discounts of up to 30%.
