Ian Macleod Distillers is launching an extremely rare Rosebank Lowland Single Malt Single Cask aged 33 years, chosen exclusively for the world traveler from the Rosebank archives.

Cask number 3469 was distilled and laid down in 1990 and bottled 33 years later at natural strength. This exclusive single cask is available in partnership with two leading retailers, EVERRICH Duty Free in Taiwan and global travel experience player, Avolta, in select locations throughout the world.

This Rosebank Single Cask (ABV 46.6% / 70cl / RRP £5500 or US$6,900) is available in very limited numbers, with only 107 individually numbered bottles available worldwide. Presented in a hand-crafted wooden cylinder with intricate copper detailing, the ornate bottle features stunning engraved rose detail and is accompanied by an authenticity certificate.

The Rosebank Single Cask is un-chillfiltered and triple-distilled and offers tropical fruit notes, a silky mouthfeel and a richness, balanced by a delicate soft oak finish.

Rosebank Distillery was founded on the banks for the Forth & Clyde Canal in Falkirk in 1840. Over time, Rosebank became revered by whisky connoisseurs around the world the King of the Lowlands. It has always been a beguiling single malt, delicate and floral yet full of depth and complexity. This contrast reflects the unique production process, which juxtaposes triple distillation with worm tub condensers, creating a special and captivating whisky.

Only last month, Rosebank won the top award for "Best Regeneration Project" at the Herald Property Awards.
