Dufry’s Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, originally scheduled for May 7, 2020, has been postponed by the company’s Board of Directors. No new date has been set at this point, but Dufry suggests they are still aiming for the end of May or by June 30th at the latest.
This postponement will allow Dufry the chance to adapt to the mutable COVID-19 situation and the regulations surrounding it, including the prohibition of public meetings and comprehensive travel restrictions.
