
Brown-Forman’s Global Travel Retail (GTR) is celebrating International Women’s Day by highlighting its commitment to women's empowerment through expanding its membership in Women in Travel Retail (WiTR+).
The company also plans to sponsor a series of activations throughout 2024.
WiTR+ was established in 2006 by a group of female executives from the travel retail industry keen to provide a forum for the industry’s women. Brown-Forman GTR joined WiTR+ in 2018 through individual memberships. By becoming a full Corporate Member, the company will give access to networking events and monthly webinars to its full team.
Caroline Buisson, Senior Global Account Manager, Brown-Forman Global Travel Retail – and WiTR+ Steering Group Member – said, “Groups like Women in Travel Retail+ are essential for connecting women, fostering mentorship, and providing the tools necessary for success in the travel retail industry and beyond.
