Muscat Duty Free has reinforced its reputation as a regional innovator with the launch of Malayali Beer, becoming the first duty free operator in the Middle East to introduce this distinctive brand.

The launch event, held at the JW Marriott, was attended by prominent leaders from Muscat’s F&B industry, reflecting the brand’s significance and Muscat Duty Free’s commitment to delivering unique experiences to travelers. 

The evening was a celebration of culture and innovation, featuring live music, a lively Polka dance performance, and the traditional Panjavadhyam music, creating an engaging and vibrant atmosphere. Guests mingled, explored the brand’s story, and experienced firsthand the unique story behind Malayali Beer.

Its introduction in Muscat is said to provide passengers with an exclusive opportunity to experience a brand that combines heritage and modern appeal.

The launch reinforces Muscat Duty Free’s role as a trendsetter in travel retail, combining cultural experiences with innovative products to create memorable journeys for all travelers

Established in 2022, Malayali Beer has swiftly expanded its presence across several countries, recently marking a major milestone with its21st international launch at Muscat Duty Free. The brand's inception traces back to Operation Ganga - India’s evacuation mission during the Russia-Ukraine conflict, which served as a powerful source of inspiration for the founders to create a product that symbolizes resilience, cultural identity, and unity.
