Initially launching exclusively in duty free and travel retail, the vodka will later expand into global markets
Nemiroff plans to unveil its latest addition to the vodka category – LEX by Nemiroff — at TFWA Cannes. According to the company, this ultra-premium vodka is a testament to innovation, craftsmanship, and a commitment to excellence.
Yuriy Sorochyskiy, CEO of Nemiroff, said, "Breaking free from traditional conventions, Nemiroff embarked on a journey to redefine the ultra-premium vodka experience for a new generation of discerning drinkers. LEX, derived from the Latin word meaning 'law,' will be a best match for those who set their own rules of success and gourmet preferences. Our goal is to achieve perfection in every bottle. That is why our iconic vodka is predominantly assembled by hand, emphasizing our artisanal approach and ensuring the utmost care throughout the production process."
The LEX by Nemiroff bottle is crafted from perfume glass produced in France by Saverglass, renowned for its excellence in bottle manufacturing. The bottle design, an endeavor spanning over a year, epitomizes the desired aesthetic for this ultra-premium vodka. Additional elements of the bottle and packaging are produced in Ukraine, reflecting Nemiroff's support for domestic producers and the brand's commitment to showcasing Ukrainian craftsmanship.
LEX by Nemiroff's elegant bottle can also be repurposed and used as a decanter, aligning with the brand's sustainability efforts.
With nearly three years of development and over 100 tastings, LEX by Nemiroff has become an internal benchmark of excellence. The vodka's terroir, featuring wheat from the Podilia region and water from local artesian springs, enhances its distinct flavor profile. Honey from local apiaries and linden flowers further contribute to the vodka's exceptional character.
Mykola Takzey, Global Chief Marketing Officer at Nemiroff, said, "With a consumer in mind, by expertly using a new approach in distillation, Nemiroff has pushed the boundaries of vodka production. Achieving crystal-clear appearance without sacrificing flavor is a testament to remarkable talent, and we are immensely proud of this bold innovation."
The production process for LEX by Nemiroff involves 13 filtration stages, including silver, platinum, shungite, and amber filtrations. The amber filtration process is particularly noteworthy, imparting enhanced smoothness, improved clarity, flavor enhancement, and a captivating golden or amber hue to the vodka.
Initially launching exclusively in duty free and travel retail, LEX by Nemiroff promises to redefine the vodka experience for connoisseurs worldwide as it later expands into global markets.
