“The freedom of adventure:” Molton Brown’s new Wild Mint & Lavandin collection for travel retail shoppers

Created by Senior Perfumer Nathalie Koobus, the fragrance is a modern take on the classic fougère, providing a crisp, exhilarating and untamed scent for shoppers
Molton Brown is ready to treat traveling shoppers to its latest fragrance collection, Wild Mint & Lavandin, which offers a “stimulating yet soothing experience bringing to life the freedom of off-grid adventure”.
According to the brand, the collection, which features a Bath & Shower Gel, Eau de Toilette and Eau de Parfum, uses the highest quality ingredients and scents to create a fresh aromatic experience, where the wild meets the refined. The collection underlines Molton Brown’s leadership within the fragrance category as the brand unveils a completely new scent for the traveling shopper, building on a heritage which dates to the brand’s foundation in London’s South Molton Street in 1971.

The Eau de Toilette features a reviving hit of wild mint and basil, while distinctive lavandin – a more powerful, greener variety of lavender – brings the unique Molton Brown twist. Orris root balances against the grounding influence of rich sandalwood and tonka bean for an “unexpected and contemporary” fragrance. For the Eau de Parfum, Senior Perfumer Nathalie Koobus picked creamy nutmeg as the signature note to create a warm balance to the mint, which leaves a naturally sophisticated impression.
Underlining Molton Brown’s belief in luxury with a conscious care for the planet, the collection is crafted using sustainably sourced lavandin from Provence, France. It is grown by a collective of local farmers using technology to harvest the plant in a way which benefits long-term biodiversity, reduces water shortages, and improves the life of the community.
Like all Molton Brown products, the Wild Mint & Lavandin collection is cruelty-free and created in the brand’s carbon neutral factory in Hertfordshire. To help lower waste, almost all the brand's iconic collections are created with 50% RPET and can be recycled.

The collection has launched in travel retail and was on show alongside Molton Brown’s collection of fragrances, on the brand’s stand at the TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes earlier this month.
