With this launch, customers will now receive their purchase invoices via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, ensuring a faster, more convenient, and eco-friendly duty-free shopping experience. By significantly cutting down paper usage, this move aligns with Ospree’s global sustainability goals and sets a new benchmark for digital transformation in Indian travel retail.
