Swiss skincare brand Mavala has introduced a new slate of products to the market, developed in its scientific laboratories in Geneva. According to the company, the latest products include:

Aqua Plus Snow Mask

This moisturizing mask for face and eyes is formulated from 94% natural origin ingredients, including a glucidic complex acting on the the following key mechanisms of skin hydration:

  • Reinforcing skin’s natural barrier function
  • Increasing its water reserves
  • Maximizing the water circulation within the epidermis

The eco-designed tube is made from recycled plastic (36%) and the box is printed on cardboard from sustainably managed forests (FSC).

Magic Powder

This powder, suitable for all skin tones, offers an anti-blue light benefit and protects against the harmful effects of urban and digital pollution.

The blue light emitted by our screens is responsible for the acceleration of skin aging, and the appearance of dark spots, imperfections and a blurred complexion. This is why Mavala added volcanic sand powder made up of 100% phytoplankton to its formula, which prevents the setting of pollutants on the skin and reflects UV and blue light.

The Magic Powder is available in a compact format to facilitate its application and is composed of 93% ingredients of natural origin.

Stop-Pen

Specifically developed to help break the habit of nail and cuticle biting, the Mavala Stop-Pen is an applicator pen moistened with a bitter tasting aqueous formula enriched with a nourishing botanical extract for cuticles.

The vegan formula is made with 72% natural origin ingredients and is suitable for children over three years.

Mini Bio-Colors

Mavala has launched its first range of biosourced nail polishes, the Mini Bio-Colors. Depending on the shade, their formulas contain between 85 and 87% natural origin ingredients, produced from sugar cane, rice, beetroot, wood pulp and corn. Finally, the addition of fortifying organic silicon improves the quality of the nails.

Their 12 shade names reference legendary rivers from all over the world, in a nod to water, the source of life.
