Frédéric Chevalier, Chief Executive Officer, has appointed Michel Sibony as Chief Value Officer of Lagardère Travel Retail, effective July 1, 2025.
Sibony joins the Executive Committee and reports directly to Chevalier.
In his new role, Sibony will be primarily responsible for supporting the operational efficiency and excellence of Lagardère Travel Retail, particularly through the development of synergies and strategic partnerships at both national and international level.
He will also continue to perform his broader duties within the Louis Hachette Group.
