Highclere Castle Gin aims to offer travelers a taste of the “Real Downton Abbey”
Highclere Castle Gin is set to make its travel retail debut with 2.0 & Partners.
Launched in 2019, the super-premium gin claims to have won more international awards than any other gin on the market. It features ten botanicals from the Highclere Castle estate, known to millions as the “Real Downton Abbey,”.
Notes of lavender and citrus picked from the Victorian orangery blend with the creaminess of Highclere oats to create a dimension of flavor, seldom found in most London Dry Gins. The 8th Earl and Countess of Carnarvon, owners of Highclere Castle, are co-founders of the brand, together with American spirits entrepreneur Adam von Gootkin.
Since its launch, Highclere Castle Gin has continued to expand across the globe and is currently featured in more than 5,000 premium restaurants, hotels and retail accounts worldwide, with distribution in nine countries and 28 US states. Expansion to Latin America is planned for later in 2024.
