Chloé’s first boutique at Changi Airport opens in collaboration with Heinemann Asia Pacific

Chloé and Heinemann Asia Pacific have celebrated the opening of a new duty-free accessory and bag boutique opening in Changi Airport’s Terminal 2 transit area.

This marks Chloé’s first boutique in Changi Airport, and Heinemann's return to Changi after eight years.

Timed to the launch of the Fall - Winter 23 collection, the space is dedicated to both the Maison’s founder, Gaby Aghion, whose birthplace of Egypt is echoed in the warm desert palette, and to former creative director Gabriela Hearst, through earthy textured tones that recall her early years in Uruguay, South America.

Design details include the use of tactile, natural materials, including wood, and natural fibres. A variety of artisanal furnishings reinforce the idea that existing quality objects that have stylistic longevity can be of lower environmental impact.

“We are delighted to be back at Changi Airport, as the retail partner of a brand as desired and as committed to their values as Chloé,” said Heinemann Asia Pacific Chief Executive Officer Marvin von Plato. “I’m proud to see our fashion and accessories portfolio in the region growing from strength to strength building on our revamped offer in Sydney Airport, both in the international and domestic terminals. We are grateful to the Chloé team for their trust and collaboration in this partnership.”

The launch of the store was marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Chloé, Heinemann and Changi Airport Group at the newly opened boutique.
