Campari Group GTR Americas celebrates exclusive destination activation with Royal Caribbean at Perfect Day at CocoCay
Promotions featuring Aperol and Espolòn Tequila included immersive experiences, signature cocktails, and unforgettable Caribbean energy

Campari Group Global Travel Retail (GTR) Americas and Royal Caribbean marked a milestone in their partnership during Royal Caribbean’s 2025 President’s Cruise, unveiling a first-ever activation at the vacation brand’s exclusive Perfect Day at CocoCay destination.
On September 24, travelers on this special voyage experienced a transformation of Oasis Lagoon – the destination’s sprawling freshwater pool – and Hideaway Beach, the island’s adults-only area, into living expressions of Aperol and Espolòn Tequila. The activations brought both brands’ distinctive spirits to life through immersive experiences, signature cocktails, and unforgettable Caribbean energy.
Aperol at the Heart of Perfect Day at CocoCay
Building on last year’s successful collaboration onboard Oasis of the Seas, Campari Group GTR and Royal Caribbean took the experience ashore for the first time with a vibrant Aperol takeover of Perfect Day at CocoCay. The activation brought Aperol’s refreshed Brand Visual Identity to life – its radiant orange tones and signature warmth capturing the spirit of the Italian icon.
Oasis Lagoon became a vivid stage where Aperol’s color and energy met the island’s turquoise waters. The takeover spanned the bar chill-out zone, DJ booth, bridge, and pool bar – each transformed with Aperol’s unmistakable orange hues and motifs to create a joyful, sun-soaked atmosphere.

At Hideaway Beach, the island’s adult-only retreat, Aperol extended its playful and social spirit through the iconic Aperol truck, mobile bars, gifting stations and curated photo opportunities along the shoreline.
The transformation covered the entrance, main stage, beach, and pool area, with 32 cabanas dressed in Aperol cushions, décor, and gifts.
Royal Caribbean’s exclusive Perfect Day at CocoCay offered the ideal setting for Aperol’s modern Aperitivo lifestyle. Its relaxed island rhythm and golden-hour energy mirrored the brand’s essence, reinforcing Aperol’s role at the center of social moments everywhere.
Aperol & Espolòn Tequila Transform the Island with Unique Experiences
Upon arrival, guests were welcomed into the Aperol universe to the rhythm of curated DJ sets that filled the tropical air with energy, while interactive photo zones and bold orange installations invited guests to capture and share their moments across social media. Espolòn Tequila added a daring twist to the experience with its bold visuals and signature cocktails at Hideaway Beach.
To round off the experience, guests received exclusive Aperol-branded summer essentials – including sunglasses, beach bags, round towels, bracelets, and tote bags – stylish keepsakes that carried the Aperol way of life beyond Perfect Day at CocoCay. With Aperol and Espolòn Tequila in the mix, the island came alive with bold flavors, lively vibes, and unforgettable moments – both ashore and at sea.
Espolòn Tequila Brings Bold Mexican Spirit to Hideaway Beach
Alongside Aperol, Espolòn Tequila made a bold debut in the program, offering guests a vibrant new dimension of flavor and discovery. Exclusively at the On The Rocks Bar at Hideaway Beach, Espolòn Tequila infused the island experience with its unmistakable character – rooted in rich Mexican heritage and unapologetic spirit.

The activation featured expertly crafted Margaritas, striking visuals, and a daring energy that stood out against the tropical backdrop. Guests were invited to immerse themselves in Espolòn Tequila’s world through dedicated photo opportunities that encouraged sharing across social media. They also departed with Espolòn Tequila-branded caps and sunglasses, extending the brand’s bold presence beyond the island.
