Charlotte Rann has been announced Bacardi's Regional Director, Europe, with immediate effect
Bacardi Global Travel Retail has named Charlotte Rann as the new Regional Director for Europe, effective immediately. In this role, she will be responsible for managing European partnerships and overseeing European-based international customers, including major companies like Heinemann, ARI and Lagardère.
Charlotte takes over from Sam Pickard, who has moved to the position of Regional Director for AMEA in Bacardi Global Travel Retail.
This appointment coincides with Charlotte's 10-year anniversary at Bacardi. Her most recent position was leading the UK & Ireland domestic off-trade business, where she managed grocery, impulse, and specialist retail sectors. Beyond her business responsibilities, Charlotte has been a strong advocate for workplace inclusivity, championing the company's Belonging initiative in the UK. This program aims to create a work environment where individuals are valued for their unique qualities, contributions, and potential.
