Nevena Venter takes on the role of Business Development & Project Management, Middle East, at 2.0 & Partners

Travel retail specialists 2.0 & Partners have appointed Nevena Venter as Business Development & Project Management, Middle East.

In this new role, she will lead the expansion of the company’s presence across the strategically vital Middle East region, with a particular focus on implementing 2.0 & Partners’ Customer eXperience Management (CXM) solutions to enhance the travel retail experience.

A seasoned industry professional, Venter brings over a decade of experience at Abu Dhabi Airports, providing her with deep insight into the unique dynamics and growth potential of the region, now recognized as a powerhouse of global travel retail.

“I’m excited to join 2.0 & Partners and embark on this new journey in travel retail,” Venter said. “The Middle East is a dynamic and fast-evolving market, and I truly believe we have the tools and insight to elevate the experience for shoppers and partners across the region.”

Venter’s initial focus will center on expanding the reach of 2.0 & Partners’ CXM services, including its Strategic Mystery Shopping, Retail Academy 2.0, and the growing Academy training suite, which features courses tailored to specific shopper groups and frontline skill sets.

Among the newly launched Academy programs are: the Middle Eastern Excellence Academy, focused on elevating service for Middle Eastern shoppers and the Airport Ambassador Academy, which trains frontline airport teams to embrace a hospitality-first approach across the travel ecosystem.
