Building on last year’s success, Everrich Duty Free and Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor have released the latest expressions in the Time Collection series.
Time Collection 6.56 Batch No.2 and Time Collection 6.61 Batch No.2 are exclusive to global travel retail.
Blending tradition with innovation, the collaboration between Everrich Duty Free and Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor celebrates craftsmanship and Taiwan’s agricultural rhythms, sharing the unique Taiwan spirit with global travelers across all Everrich Duty Free channels.
Rebirth and Harvest – The Colors of Taiwan
Inspired by the natural cycle of sorghum – the heart of Kinmen’s iconic spirit – the new release features two symbolic expressions.

Time Collection: "A story told through every bottle"
The green labeled 6.56 symbolizes rebirth and represents sprouting sorghum, offering a soft woody aroma and a smooth, sweet finish. The orange labeled 6.61 represents harvest and evokes the richness of autumn, through vibrant citrus notes and a tangy, silky profile.
Both blends were personally selected by KKL’s Master Blender, Lu Yi-Ru, and blended with aged liquors matured for 14 to 16 years in underground cellars at the Kinmen Jincheng and Jinning Distillery. The final expressions are crafted from a total of over 56 and 61 years of aging. These two cellar-aged treasures embody exceptional depth and character. Each limited edition bottle is described as a meaningful gift from Taiwan; representing time, craftsmanship, and heritage for travelers and collectors alike.
