Lotte Duty Free reveals new campaign to boost local tourism
Lotte Duty Free's latest campaign targets both domestic and foreign tourists
Lotte Duty Free’s Busan Branch, the only large downtown duty-free shop in the Yeongnam region of Busan, is working with Gimhae Airport Branch to promote various promotions for domestic and foreign tourists to revitalize local tourism.
From February 17 to April 30, Lotte Duty Free Busan will present KRW20,000 (US$14) won in PRE LDF PAY that can be used for purchases over US$200 to customers who visit Lotte Duty Free Busan with friends.
During the promotion, the customer who recommends the most friends, and the customer with the highest combined purchase amount with their acquaintances, will each receive KRW1 Million (US$688) in LDF PAY. Domestic customers making purchases over US$700 by March 31 will he offered a round-trip ferry ticket to Tsushima Island. Until March 9, Lotte Duty Free members in the Yeongnam region will be offered up to KRW40,000 (US$28) in PRE LDF PAY that can be used for on-site discounts for purchases over US$100.

Foreign customers holding the ‘Visit Busan Pass’, a tourist card exclusively for foreigners visiting Busan, will receive a gift upon entering the store, along with a voucher that provides a discount of up to US$70 depending on the purchase amount.
For passengers departing from Busan Gimhae Airport, Lotte Duty Free Gimhae has also prepared various brands and discount events. It boasts a diverse lineup of perfume brands such as Jo Malone London, Tom Ford Beauty, Le Labo, and Bvlgari, fashion brands including Mont Blanc, Mandarina Duck, and Daks as well as airport-exclusive brands Jeonggwanjang and Saenggwabang. The airport store also features goods from the popular 'Squid Game'. Drama series. Lotte Duty Free members can receive an additional discount of up to 10% depending on the number of purchases when purchasing food.
