HMSHost launches Order Collect Taste platform at Stansted Airport

By Hibah Noor

The platform provides guests with a convenient way to enjoy their favorite meals as dine-out options, reducing queuing wait times and improving the overall airport experience for travelers

HMSHost International, part of Dufry Group and global market leader in the hospitality industry, has launched an innovative dining solution, the Order Collect Taste platform, at London Stansted Airport in partnership with Manchester Airport Group (MAG).

The Order Collect Taste platform provides guests with a convenient way to enjoy their favorite meals as dine-out options, reducing queuing wait times and improving the overall airport experience for travelers. The easy-to-use QR code gives guests the opportunity to order from an extensive selection of delicious take-away dishes from popular London Stansted outlets including Sunny Side Cafe, Comptoir Libanais, Leon and Terracotta.

"Launching the Order Collect Taste platform at London Stansted Airport during the peak season has been a success, and we are delighted with the positive response from travelers. Working together with our partners at MAG, we identified the demand for dining solutions and seating capacity, and see the Order Collect Taste platform as the missing link, giving an alternative access to our F&B stores via QR code for take-away menu items, ensuring our guests can enjoy their meals without the stress of long queues, making their travel experience more enjoyable. In line with our newly combined Group’s Destination 2027 strategy, the platform puts our travelers first and uses technology to enhance the dining experience. Travelers setting off on their summer vacations can now enjoy a streamlined F&B experience with Order Collect Taste," Remco Veeren, Country General Manager UK & France at HMSHost International.HMSHost International
