Puig has partnered with Extime Duty Free Paris and Lagardère Travel Retail to open a long-term pop-up boutique for niche fragrance brand L’Artisan Parfumeur at Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) Airport. The 27-square-meter space in Terminal 2F is the first of its kind in Travel Retail West for L’Artisan Parfumeur, underscoring Puig’s commitment to be a key player in the global niche fragrance sector.
Inspired by the tagline ‘Celebrating craftsmanship à la française’, the pop-up offers a full brand experience, immersing travelers in L’Artisan Parfumeur’s French heritage and savoir-faire of fragrances through a number of engaging storytelling features.
The boutique space highlights several of the brand’s bestselling lines, including the Soleil de Provence fragrance. An homage to the mimosa, Soleil de Provence asserts itself as a warm smile with a sparkling freshness and features notes of lemon, benzoin, mimosa and ylang ylang.
In keeping with L’Artisan Parfumeur’s artisanal values, visitors to the pop-up will receive an elevated and personalized service, including engraving and personalization options. Customers have the opportunity to get perfume bottles engraved with a custom message in addition to getting a leather tag gift-with-purchase or leather coffrets that are available to purchase embossed with initials. The experience is completed with the brand’s gift wrapping ceremony during which products are delicately wrapped and adorned with dried flowers, a leather cord, and wax seal – the craftsman’s stamp of authenticity.

L’Artisan Parfumeur’s debut digital campaign
To create a seamless omnichannel journey and ensure passengers traveling through Paris Charles de Gaulle are aware of the pop-up, L’Artisan Parfumeur has launched its first-ever digital campaign.
The campaign aims to reach international travelers before and during their trips to the airport, via Instagram and Facebook, as well as display advertising, inviting them to discover the pop-up. Additionally, influencers will be sharing their L’Artisan Parfumeur fragrance experience live from the pop-up. All elements of the pop-up space will be showcased, including a special tea tasting relating to fragrance notes, fragrance discovery, bottle engraving and the gifting experience.
