FlySafair appoints Tourvest to provide retail services
FlySafair has awarded Tourvest Retail Services (Tourvest) the contract to provide onboard products, services and technology solutions, exploring ways to enhance the airline’s onboard retail proposition.
FlySafair transitioned to Tourvest from its existing incumbent onboard retail provider on the August 1, 2023. Some initial developments included additional onboard payment methods, as well as an enhanced menu and fresh sandwich selection, with more developments to come.
Kirby Gordon, Chief Marketing Officer at FlySafair, stated: “Our intention has always been to offer an end-to-end flight service that is affordable, reliable, and hassle-free. We’re confident that we’ve found a partner in Tourvest who can help us continue to deliver against that intention when it comes to our onboard retail offering.”
