32nd Lotte Duty Free Family Concert to celebrate 'Visit Korea Year'

Lotte Group has announced the 32nd Lotte Duty Free Family Concert ‘Celebrating the 2023-2024 Visit Korea Year.' The aim of the event, in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Visit Korea Committee, and the Korea Tourism Organization, is to attract foreign tourists.

"The last 30th and 31st family concerts were replaced with non-face-to-face LAN lines due to the prolonged pandemic, but this year, we will hold large-scale offline performances for the first time in about four years," notes a press release. "The schedule is for three days from June 16 to 18, and will be held at the Olympic Gymnastics Stadium (KSPO DOME) in Songpa-gu, Seoul."

On the first two days of the Family Concert, Korea's top idol groups and artists will present K-POP concerts. The first day will feature NCT DREAM, Stray Kids, STAYC, aespa, KINGDOM, Lee Chae-yeon, and on the second day, Seong Si-kyung, Gummy, Crush, Jukjae, Itzy, and ENHYPEN will perform. On the third day, a K-trot special featuring Yeong-tak, Lee Chan-won, Jang Min-ho, Jang Yoon-jung, Jin Simon, and Song Ga-in will take the stage.

"The ticket can be received as a gift after participating in the event by purchasing amount at Lotte Duty Free. Customers who purchase $300/$500/900 or more at Lotte Duty Free Myeongdong Main Store, World Tower Store, Incheon International Airport Store, and Lotte Internet Duty Free Shop can receive tickets for A/S/R seats, respectively, on a first-come, first-served basis."

In addition, ticket giveaway events are held for domestic and foreign customers using various channels of Lotte Duty Free Shop, such as global branches and Overseas Shippin.

To attract foreign tourists, a tour package in conjunction with domestic and overseas local travel agencies is being planned. Through this, multinational group tourists from Japan, China, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East can visit Korea to enjoy tours and watch the Lotte Duty Free Shop Family Concert in person.

Kim Joo-nam, CEO of Lotte Duty Free Shop, said, “As this is a family concert that will be held again after the transition to Endemic, I hope that it will be a festival where all global customers can enjoy recovering from their daily lives.”
