Travel retail experts 2.0 & Partners have unveiled the latest addition to their growing training and experience development offer, the Onboarding, a new, expert-designed training program dedicated to rapidly equipping newly hired frontline staff with the tools and confidence to succeed in today’s demanding travel retail environment.

Tailored for new recruits in retail and F&B airport operations, Onboarding provides an immersive, four-hour, online training session, tailored to the needs of newly hired frontline staff, and designed to close the post-pandemic skill gap and boost conversion through better service and staff preparation.

Delivered in three sharp, interactive modules, the course accelerates skill acquisition from day one, ensuring staff are ready to perform from the very start, with dedicated content for Retail and F&B roles, and an interactive and on-demand format that ensures accessibility for staff across the globe.
