AmberSky announces dates for 2025 inflight retail event in Latvia

AmberSky's 2024 edition drew major carriers from across Europe, with participation from 24 airlines including some of the continent's largest operators
AmberSky has announced its 2025 inflight retail networking event, scheduled for February 18-20 at the Radisson Blu Latvija in Riga, Latvia. The event aims to build on last year's success, which attracted 24 airlines including Ryanair, Finnair, Wizz Air and Lufthansa Group airlines.
The 2025 edition will focus on four key areas: technology implementation, culinary innovation, ancillary revenue strategies and cabin crew training. Industry leaders including LSG SkyChefs, Hanse Distribution and Heinemann have already confirmed their participation.
The three-day program includes a trade fair and marketplace for product showcases, expert-led workshops and panel discussions focused on industry trends. A significant portion of the event will be dedicated to cabin crew sales and service training sessions.
The event will conclude with a Gala Dinner & Awards Night recognizing top-performing cabin crew members. According to the organizers, the event is designed to create opportunities for airlines and suppliers to collaborate on driving new business and partnerships in the inflight retail sector.
The program particularly emphasizes developments in onboard retail, catering and ancillary services, with special attention given to sustainability initiatives and customer satisfaction strategies in inflight catering.
