Avolta is celebrating its brand partnership with All’Antico Vinaio as the “Florentine sandwich hero and Instagram darling” launches at Dubai International (DXB).

DXB is rated as the world’s busiest international airport, with traffic exceeding 87 million passengers per year. Avolta operates 13 F&B outlets at the UAE hub. Leveraging its global scale to identify relevant brands for travelers, Avolta said it is bringing “one of the most legendary and iconic Italian F&B brands” to the Middle East to satisfy the need for genuine recipes and outstanding gastronomic experiences while delivering a fully Instagramable experience.

Operated by the Mazzanti family, All’Antico Vinaio has been serving exceptional ingredients and freshly baked Tuscan schiacciata bread since 1991. The brand’s three Florence locations are known worldwide, attracting both locals and tourists for their outstanding street food experience, with the network continuing to over 30 stores including Rome, Milan, New York, Los Angeles and Las Vegas.

In line with All’Antico Vinaio’s commitment to offering authentic flavors and exceptional culinary experiences, the Dubai store will showcase the same popular signature schiacciata and premium ingredients that have garnered global acclaim.

Marco Cuglianich, Managing Director F&B Middle East, Avolta, said, “We are extremely proud to celebrate the beginning of an exciting brand partnership with All’Antico Vinaio, one of the world’s most famous sandwich shops. Travelers will get to try the exclusive taste and the exceptional culinary experience as we bring this epic brand to the Middle East, first time in an airport, that offers important development prospects for our business. We continue providing travelers with premium experiences and exceptional services, as we journey towards our strategy Destination 2027, based on a deep understanding of our stakeholders’ needs and market trends. Last but not least, I’d like to thank Dubai International Airport for their partnership and to our team for their dedication.”

Tommaso Mazzanti, All’Antico Vinaio Founder, added, “At last, a dream come true. I have always stated that Dubai would be one of my main goals and dreams. I am truly happy and honored to arrive here, at one of the most important airports in the world. Together with Avolta, I will do my utmost to make Antico Vinaio a point of reference here in the airport as well. I can’t wait to start this new adventure.”

Eugene Barry, Chief Commercial Officer of Dubai Airports, commented, “Bringing one of Italy’s most beloved culinary treasures to Concourse C at DXB demonstrates our commitment to offering exceptional and memorable guest experiences. We are excited to be able to offer our travelers a taste of Italy with All’Antico Vinaio’s iconic and authentic sandwiches.”
