A new partnership with Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits will see Nemiroff’s premium vodka offerings available to consumers across Canada

Popular vodka brand Nemiroff is extending its network in Canada through a strategic partnership with Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits. This marks a significant addition to the company’s presence in the Americas, broadening its global footprint.

Multi-generational, family-owned Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits of Canada has established itself as a preeminent national beverage alcohol distributor in the country. Nemiroff expects the collaboration to tap into Southern Glazer’s extensive network, which includes over 2,600 retail outlets and more than 4,000 on-premise licensees, to bring Nemiroff’s premium vodka offerings to consumers across the nation.

Starting in Q3 2024, Canadian consumers in all provinces will have the opportunity to experience premium Nemiroff’ s De Luxe, The Inked Collection, and the ultra-premium offering, LEX by Nemiroff.

Yuriy Sorochynskiy, CEO of Nemiroff, said, “We are thrilled to work with Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits to expand our high-quality vodkas into the Canadian market. This expansion aligns with our vision of delivering exceptional products to vodka enthusiasts worldwide and tapping into the growing demand for premium and super-premium vodkas in Canada.”

Doug Wieland, President and General Manager of Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits Canada, added, “We are excited to work with Nemiroff and bring their esteemed vodka portfolio to Canadian consumers. There is a clear trend towards premium and craft spirits, and we are confident that Nemiroff’s offerings will resonate well with the market.”

The market has seen an increase in the variety of flavored vodkas, appealing to consumers looking for new and exciting taste experiences. Bars, restaurants, and nightclubs are important channels for vodka sales, particularly for premium and super-premium brands. The cocktail culture in the region is also growing, which will drive the market for spirits.

“At Nemiroff, we believe that educating consumers about consumption and mixology is crucial,” Sorochynskiy added. “We are dedicated to enhancing consumer knowledge and appreciation of premium spirits, helping to elevate the overall drinking experience. This commitment will support the development of a vibrant and informed community of spirit enthusiasts in these new markets.”
