Delegate registration site opens for APTRA India Conference 2025
The delegate registration site is now live for the APTRA India Conference 2025, to be held at The Trident Hotel, Nariman Point, Mumbai, April 7-9.
The conference is held in partnership with Ospree Duty Free as Host Partner and additional partners will be announced in the coming weeks. Conference partnership opportunities are available with a range of options to suit different company sizes and budgets.
The conference will have a maximum capacity of 270 people and, with over 50% places already pre-registered, anyone interested in joining the event is encouraged to book their place as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. The delegate rate is US$600 per person.
APTRA has secured a limited number of guest rooms at The Trident Hotel at a preferential rate of INR15,500 (approximately US$177) per night, including breakfast, for the duration of the conference, representing a saving of 15% on the regular rate. This rate is only available for hotel bookings made before February 20, 2025, and, as the allocation available is limited, APTRA strongly advise delegates to book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Conference timings at a glance
Monday April 7 2025: Onsite registration from 2.30pm at the Trident Hotel, followed by networking afternoon and evening Welcome Cocktail Reception.
Tuesday 8 April 2025: Conference sessions run approximately 08:30-16:00 with refreshment and lunch breaks. Gala Dinner evening hosted by Ospree Duty Free.
Wednesday 9 April 2025: Conference sessions run approximately 09:00-14:00 with morning refreshment break and finishing with lunch and afternoon networking options before departure.
The APTRA India Conference 2025 is the premier gathering of the most influential leaders in travel retail and duty free and the commercial aviation sector in India. Managed by APTRA, the conference follows the success of the inaugural event held in Delhi in 2024.
