TFWA announces agenda for TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition & Conference 2025
TFWA has announced details for next year’s TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition & Conference which will take place at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Singapore, May 11 to 15, 2025.
The week will start with a Welcome Cocktail for all delegates on Sunday May 11, hosted at the Flower Dome, Gardens by the Bay, where the dress code will be cocktail dress and business attire.
The next day, the TFWA Asia Pacific Conference will take place at the usual time of 9:00 in the Grand Ballroom on Level 5 of the Sands Expo and Convention Centre. The morning will include a networking coffee break and a networking lunch.
At 14:30, following the conference, the exhibition and TFWA i.lab Asia will open, and the ONE2ONE meeting service will commence. For the 2025 edition, TFWA will provide a refreshed scenography for the exhibition, including new furniture designs and digital facilities with a view to enhancing the participants' experience by offering activations and activities that are both engaging and memorable.
The TFWA i.lab Asia is the section of the exhibition which sheds light on companies that are using the most disruptive technology to transform the world of travel retail. Visitors will also have the chance to hear from representatives of the exhibiting companies during i.lab pitch sessions throughout the week, which offer an even more interactive way to learn about these fascinating enterprises.
Day one will culminate in the TFWA Asia Pacific Lounge taking place on Level Four of the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, where delegates will be able to gather to network and share their thoughts on the insights gleaned throughout the day. Capitalizing on its established popularity, TFWA will elevate the experience at this year’s Lounge by adding extra space, and food will be served to guests.
Day two welcomes the first workshop on Level 3 of the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, with details to follow soon. The exhibition floor will be open from 9:00 until 18:00, with the TFWA Asia Pacific Lounge at Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Level 4, again in operation. The final workshop will take place on Wednesday and the event comes to a close on Thursday May 15 at 17:00.
