2025 Summit of the Americas registration and housing open
The International Association of Airport and Duty Free Stores (IAADFS) has announced the opening of registration and housing for the 2025 Summit of the Americas, March 8 - 11, 2025, at the InterContinental Miami in Miami, Florida.
The 2025 Summit, which returns to the Miami, a central hub for business in the Americas and Caribbean, and convenient for many industry stakeholders, will feature a wide array of suppliers meeting with customers in booths and private exhibit/meeting rooms, along with a robust conference session program and multiple valuable networking events.
The schedule for the Summit is a one-day shift in the event’s traditional pattern, kicking off with the opening cocktail on Saturday, March 8, and the exhibition area open on Sunday, Monday, and the first half of Tuesday. Education sessions on Sunday and Monday are complemented by networking receptions on both evenings.
Exhibit space for the 2025 Summit is nearly sold out, and the list of exhibitors can be found here, with assignments to be completed and the floorplan finalized in the coming weeks.
