APTRA announces KMPG’s Anson Bailey as presenter at Summer in the City
Anson Bailey, Head of Consumer & Retail ASPAC for KPMG, will join the APTRA Summer in the City evening in Hong Kong with a presentation on a new benchmark shaping the future of consumer retail
APTRA has announced that Anson Bailey, KPMG's Head of Consumer & Retail ASPAC, will present “The Future of Seamless Commerce in Asia Pacific” at the APTRA Summer in the City event, taking place in Hong Kong on August 21, 2024.
His presentation will highlight key insights from a new KPMG report published earlier this month.
The report explores a new era in retail, characterized by the integration of online and offline experiences across the customer journey, leading to significant advancements. Businesses and consumers in the Asia Pacific region are adopting seamless, consumer-centric strategies across various markets.
Anson Bailey stated, “The consumer expectation is that social media, delivery innovations, apps, websites, automated messaging and other digital interactions seamlessly integrate with traditional brick-and-mortar stores. Retailers must stay agile and flexible to stay relevant, especially to tech-savvy Gen Z, who expect retailers to be on the ball.”
