Bottega Prosecco Bar & Caffe open at Nice Airport Terminal 2

Nice Côte d'Azur Airport has teamed up with Lagardère Travel Retail France to open to two new restaurants – Natoo and Bottega – in Terminal 2.

The new eateries are based on an original concept focused on travel and wellness and follow the airport’s aim of offering something for every need and budget.

Bottega offers an experience in the colors and flavors of Venice. This ‘Prosecco Bar & Caffe’ with its chic decor and furnishings serves generously topped ciabattas, Venetian triangles, fresh salads and Italian pastries. Its menu also includes the classics from Italian vineyards, with wines from Veneto and Tuscany and, of course, Prosecco, courtesy of Bottega SpA, the historic producer of this popular sparkling wine. With seating for 64 customers, diners can savor its delights at a table or perched on a high stool in front of an elegant barrel, as is the tradition in Venetian bacaros.

Natoo, a brand from the Lagardère Travel Retail Group in many countries, is known for its healthy cuisine. The airport restaurant is the brand’s first in France.

Natoo joins the F&B offer at Nice Airport

In a 160 square meter space with seating for more than 70 diners, Natoo serves a gourmet, sustainable range of food: bowls, sandwiches, salad bar, milky and fruity desserts, fruit juices, organic coffees and teas. Each recipe can be personalized and is prepared with fresh and ethical ingredients. The ecological commitment is at the core of this concept; from reusable cups, porcelain bowls and non-plastic cutlery to packaging made of recycled and recyclable materials, everything has been designed for greater sustainability. Natoo also offers a takeaway service, with self-service payment terminals.

Candice Cadreils, Director of the Commercial BU of Aéroports de la Côte d'Azur, said, “I would like to warmly thank our partner Lagardère Travel Retail for offering our passengers such a high-quality food service and for honoring us with being the first airport in France to welcome its Natoo concept. These two new brands fully share our commitments in terms of quality of service and environmental sustainability, while completely embracing what is at the heart of our mission: to make travelling a pleasure.”

Benoît Verdier, Deputy Managing Director of Lagardère Travel Retail France, added, “We are proud to consolidate our partnership with Nice Côte d'Azur Airport by offering two new concepts that reflect our vision of airport catering: inspiring, high-quality and sustainable service. With Bottega and Natoo, we offer a range of options that meet the varied expectations of passengers, from gourmet treats with transalpine accents to ultra-fresh, high-quality snacks. These new food brands are the result of a cooperative spirit, driven by the commitment of our teams and partners, and a solid partnership with Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.”
