Dubai Duty Free chief praises exclusive St-Rémy brandy
St-Rémy Cask Finish Collection - Islay Scotch Whisky Cask is a limited edition for Dubai Duty Free with only 1,968 bottles available
Rémy Cointreau Global Travel Retail (GTR) has unveiled the latest addition to its St-Rémy Cask Finish Collection - Islay Scotch Whisky Casks.
The limited edition is exclusively for Dubai Duty Free with only 1,968 individually numbered bottles available.

The new expression includes a maturation stage in oak casks that previously held Islay single malt Scotch whisky.
St-Rémy Cask Finish Collection celebrates Master Blender Cecile Roudaut’s expertise in maturing St-Rémy brandy in various types of casks. This collection is true to St-Rémy’s heritage in distilling, ageing and crafting elegant French grape brandies since 1886.

Tasting notes:
Light golden in color, the spirit’s nose is sweet with gentle peatiness and hints of barley, iodine and citrus notes. The peat brings warmth with finesse between the softness of the smoke and the power of the barley, which contrasts with the freshness of the fruit (peach and apricot) and the richness of the spice (cloves). The aromas are strengthened by Islay sea breeze, a zest of citrus and woody notes.
