Valentino Beauty unveils golden fragrance and lipstick experience at Dubai Duty Free
Valentino Beauty launched an exclusive preview of its Rendez-Vous 2024 collection at Dubai Duty Free from August 1-15, 2024. The brand created a golden-themed retail experience across 15 locations including e-retail and social media platforms.
The showcase highlighted two key products: a limited-edition golden version of the Born in Roma fragrance and the new Spike Valentino matte lipstick in a studded gold case.
The pop-up featured a gold-themed design that resonated with Dubai’s heritage. Visitors were treated to a multisensory experience including an ASMR station where they could hear the sounds of the products being used. A makeup station offered personalized consultations for the Spike Valentino lipstick range.
A photo opportunity with a golden backdrop allowed guests to capture their experience. The brand stated, “Where gold reigns, Valentino shines.”
The Born in Roma The Gold fragrances feature new scent profiles. The women’s version combines Italian mandarin, gardenia and a “solar coco accord.” The men’s fragrance blends warm spices, Virginia cedar essence and an “ambery vanilla accord.”
Spike Valentino lipstick, inspired by the Valentino Garavani Rockstud Spike Bag, comes in 12 vibrant shades. The brand describes it as “where couture meets conscious beauty” with refillable options available for select colors.
