Shiseido Travel Retail has introduced its inaugural global travel retail-led campaign, “From SHISEIDO With Love”.

Featuring SHISEIDO’s debut Sense of Place collection, the travel-exclusive initiative engages travelers across Asia Pacific, Europe, and Japan by offering a culturally rich shopping experience. The campaign provides an opportunity for travelers to connect with the prestige brand’s offerings while immersing themselves in the cultural essence of the world’s most vibrant destinations.

The new collection brings together a curated selection of skin beauty essentials, each tailored to resonate with distinct and diverse cultures. Travelers are invited to explore 12 city-themed key visuals and packaging that is disruptive, colorful, and dressed in local elements. This personalized touch invites travelers to connect with the essence of each city, transforming their shopping experience into a memorable journey that celebrates local culture and beauty rituals.


SHISEIDO claims the Hainan spotlight

Adding a sense of place in Macau

In Travel Retail Asia, the collection honors the 10th anniversary of SHISEIDO Ultimune with a routine for Asian skin comprising SHISEIDO Clarifying Cleansing Foam, Eudermine, and the Ultimune serum. Additionally, a summer-focused set combines SHISEIDO Clarifying Cleansing Foam, Ultimune, and Global Sun Protector, catering to the seasonal needs of Asian travelers.

Across Europe and in Dubai, the collection features local bestsellers SHISEIDO Global Suncare Sun Protector and Global Suncare Sun Protector Cream.

Japan’s collection also features SHISEIDO Global Suncare, focusing on the Global Suncare Urban Environment and Global Suncare Stick.

Elevating the Travel Experience in Asia

Exclusive to the Asia roll-out, the campaign features luggage box packaging inspired by the iconic SHISEIDO red. In key locations such as Hong Kong, Bangkok, Hainan, Shanghai, Seoul, and Macau, playful gondolas, fixtures and POS materials bring the collection to life with striking visuals and iconic travel motifs, such as a branded suitcase and luggage belt.

Shiseido Travel Retail further deepens its connection with Asian travelers through an exclusive Alipay campaign across multiple Asian territories, including Hainan, Hong Kong, and Bangkok. This multi-channel campaign integrates digital platforms and out-of-home activations, ensuring that the “From SHISEIDO With Love” experience is present throughout every stage of traveler journeys. A standout feature of this campaign is the interactive Gift with Purchase, presented in a blind box format, adding an element of surprise and delight to the shopping experience.
