Elizabeth Arden partners with Global Premium Duty Free in summer hotel branding takeover

Elizabeth Arden checks into the InterContinental Haikou Seaview hotel with its 'Travel with Arden' campaign

Elizabeth Arden has collaborated with Hainan Development Holdings’ Global Premium Duty Free (GDF) in a branding takeover of the InterContinental Haikou Seaview hotel.

The partnership introduces Elizabeth Arden’s summer skincare tips and recommended skincare products to combat the hot weather and is part of a series of Elizabeth Arden’s 2024 Travel with Arden campaign. A differentiation from the brand’s activation in Singapore Changi Airport with a travel pitstop and the Power Boosting Stations in ground duty free stores in Hainan, the hotel activation is centered on a fun beach design.

Upon checking in at the hotel, customers will be greeted by an Elizabeth Arden summer booth at the lobby, showcasing some of Elizabeth Arden’s favorite products suitable for the summer season. They include:

  • Prevage Anti-Aging Daily Serum 2.0 and Prevage Anti-Aging Eye Serum for its superb antioxidant functions to protect skin from free radicals
  • Prevage City Smart Broad Spectrum SPF 50 Hydrating Shield for its sun and pollution protection abilities
  • Advanced Light Ceramide Capsules to strengthen skin’s barrier and reduce the appearance of pores
  • Eight Hour Lip Protectant Stick SPF15 to give lips the hydration and sun protection it needs as well as a touch of fresh floral scent to complete the summer look with White Tea EDT Spray.


Elizabeth Arden themed VIP rooms provide customers with free sampling treats

Customers at the Elizabeth Arden branded takeover VIP rooms are further treated to free skincare samples from Elizabeth Arden as well as a complimentary foldable beach tote. Shopping coupons and exclusive store lead in gifts are offered.

The promotion also extends to the lobby restaurant with an Elizabeth Arden’s Prevage themed antioxidant high tea set, decked out in Prevage’s orange brand color. The set comes with complimentary Prevage skincare samples as well as an invitation card to GDF Plaza for exclusive beauty facial services by Elizabeth Arden. There are also photo-taking opportunities.
