Nuxe updates TR-exclusive range with sustainable packaging and new products

Nuxe has announced updates to its travel retail exclusive range, including a refresh of pack designs, enhanced sustainable packaging and the introduction of new product sets.

The Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse Duo and all four Nuxe Travel Pouches (Fragrant Travel, Sunny Travel, Travel Beautiful and Travel Essentials) now feature a new outer pack design. These pouches are now made with more eco-friendly materials, comprising 26% linen and 74% recycled plastic for the plastic components.

Nuxe has reduced plastic usage overall, with the front transparent plastic window replaced by a linen “mosquito net” effect that still allows customers to view the products inside. This significant reduction in plastic packaging was achieved after an extensive search for a supplier capable of creating eco-designed pouches.

A product description leaflet printed on recycled paper has been added to replace the previously printed information on the back of pack cardboard.

A new travel retail exclusive set has been introduced, featuring a duo of 30ml bottles of Nuxe Super Serum (10), described as a universal age-defying concentrate that acts on all signs of aging skin

Caroline Goix, Nuxe Global Travel Retail Manager, commented on the updates: “Our travel retail exclusives have played a significant role in attracting travelers to our range of products and this update keeps pace with our latest new formulations and product so travelers can now access our very latest anti-aging skincare formulation, our Nuxuriance Ultra Range, in an exclusive three product pack as well as a duo of Super Serum (10).

“Nuxe focuses on targeting customer along their journey in the duty-free stores where we want to be as visible as possible, so we also aim for secondary exposures in specific areas. We are for example very strong in Beauty To Go where we continue to expand our range availability. In 2024 we launched the Mini Shampoo 50ml and the Mini Sun Spray which is sold exclusively at Lagardère stores.

“We are also present in Value Offers with our non-travel retail exclusives, such as Jumbo Very Rose Shower Gel 700ml and Body Milk 400ml in Very Rose, or Rêve de Thé which are available in extra-large size products at an affordable price.”
