Molton Brown unveils holiday campaign with a focus on gifting
The brand has released a new collection, Marvellous Mandarin & Spice, which celebrates Molton Brown’s ‘made in England’ heritage by calling to mind the British tradition of making Christmas cake
Molton Brown is putting fragrance first as it unveils its annual Christmas campaign, bringing the magic of the holidays to life for travelers.
In keeping with tradition, the brand has released a new collection, Marvellous Mandarin & Spice, which celebrates Molton Brown’s ‘made in England’ heritage by calling to mind the British tradition of making Christmas cake.
Crafted by Senior Perfumer Nathalie Koobus, Marvellous Mandarin & Spice is infused with generous fragrance concentrations and described as "capturing the memories of family recipes and ingredients strewn across the kitchen table."
Traveling shoppers will be able to discover the Marvellous Mandarin & Spice Hand Wash and Body Lotion in travel retail stores, all presented in bottles crafted from at least 50% recycled plastic to ensure a sustainable and magical experience this Christmas.
To create a true feast for the senses, Molton Brown is highlighting this new fragrance with a visual campaign across key airports throughout the season. Dedicated Beauty Stations and Must Have Tables, decorated to capture the magic and sparkle of Christmas, are being deployed at UK airport locations, including London Heathrow, Manchester, Glasgow, Birmingham, Stanstead, Gatwick and Edinburgh.
The holiday feeling will be further enhanced at London Heathrow, where Molton Brown has partnered with British Airways (BA) to install 17 sponsored Christmas trees in BA lounges across the festive period. These decorations will call to mind the spirit of the season for shoppers, while underlining both the key role the fragrance category plays in delivering memorable experiences for shoppers and Molton Brown’s position as a leader in British fragrance.
Molton Brown is taking gifting to the next level this season for shoppers at Heathrow Airport Terminal 5, where the brand opened its new-look flagship store earlier this year. Elevating the on counter experience and customer demand for personalization, it has introduced an engraving machine. This focus on premium, personalized gifting reflects Molton Brown’s belief in bringing holiday magic to life for all this season.
As always, Molton Brown is supporting its festive collection with its pre-made Gift Sets, including the Floral & Citrus and Woody & Aromatic Crackers, the Hand Care Collection, the Stocking Filler Collection, and the Fragrance Layering and Discovery Sets. Each gift set is presented in a gift box crafted from 100% recycled materials, and the box itself can be recycled again.
