Coccinelle launches its Spring/Summer 2023 campaign
Coccinelle’s latest advertising campaign is a tribute to the innocent, rebellious sensuality of the fifties. Under the creative direction of Giampaolo Sgura and styled by Anna Dello Russo, the campaign marks its third project for the Italian brand.
Shot at nighttime, the campaign evokes the neorealist atmosphere of cult films like “The Outsiders” and “American Graffiti”, while reflecting the vintage-chic inspiration of “Grease” and “Happy Days”, according to a news release.
Young, glamorous couples hang out at a drive-in, with three Coccinelle bags as their stylish companions: the Coccinelle Magie, a harmonious bag with a plectrum clasp inspired by Elvis Presley’s rock’n’roll; the Coccinelle Sole bag with a rounded flap; and the emblematic Coccinelle Nico bag, in which the key detail is an oversized metal plectrum clasp.
The campaign, launched with the hashtag #ALLABOUTUS, embodies contemporary femininity, practicality, freedom and glamor.
