On the back of listings with a number of domestic retailers in the U.K. and abroad, Love Cocoa has entered travel retail in partnership with Dufry

With a family history of chocolatiers spanning nearly 200 years, the Cadbury name is once again prominent withing the confectionery sector with James Cadbury – fifth generation since John Cadbury began in 1824 – launching the Love Cocoa brand.

The premium brand offers a range of different chocolate bars from the classic to vegan options, a selection of 16 varying truffles and luxury gift sets all boasting sustainable single origin cocoa sourced from Colombia, Peru and Ecuador.

The packaging, which highlights the family connection to the brand, includes a compostable bag for the home and is supported by an active environmental campaign in Kenya that promises to plant one tree for each product sold. In 2021, the company reached a milestone of one million trees planted.

On the back of listings with a number of domestic retailers in the U.K. and abroad, Love Cocoa has entered travel retail in partnership with Dufry. Due to the synergy between its product range and the TR industry – premium positioning, brand heritage and a sustainable business model – the industry is one that Love Cocoa are keen to further explore.
